Opened in 2006 by owner and operator, Chef Samia Behaya. Since then, the restaurant has remained a neighborhood staple for those seeking a familiar dining experience outside their own home. The menu is made up of original recipes inspired by the cuisine in Chef Samia's home country of France and influenced by her background in Algeria. All of the ingredients are sourced locally from Hudson Valley Harvest and the bread is baked daily in house.
